posting all intake to there now
so i ran in a 5k race in annapolis today. i was the first female finisher.
i ate a bowl of oatmeal afterwards. i feel sick. stupid, stupid, stupid.
well today isn’t over, but im not eating anything else.
i ate 60 calories of tuna, but it doesn’t count because i’m sick and i threw it all up.
so yeah.
and i ran for a while this morning. running again tonight.
haha, I’m so ridiculously excited about my new eating plan. posting it here.

breakfast: 3 tablespoons of egg white. 25 calories
lunch: 1 cup of chicken broth. 5 calories. no lie. omgomg best ever<3
dinner: a bit of greens (raw) 10 calories
or a sugar free jello, 10 calories
and I’ll be waking up at 6 every morning to run for an hour before school.
and running in the evening. holy shit so fucking pumped.
today’s intake:

one half of a pretzel
one tablespoon of granola
two peach slices

ew.
I ran two miles though.
So until tonight I hadn’t eaten anything at all for 3 days. pretty proud of that.
